Mastermind Inmate and Accomplices Charged in Overseas Employment Fraud Scheme

Three sisters, an inmate and another man were yesterday charged by detectives from MOCA
for Obtaining Money by means of False Pretence and Conspiracy to Defraud. They are:

  •  Felicia, Simone and Suzette Nembhard all of Spanish Town, St. Catherine addresses.
  •  Nicholas Williams of Mount Pleasant District, Manchester
  • Everton Boothe, an Inmate at one of the island’s Correctional Facilities, who is believed
    to be the mastermind behind the scheme.
