Attorney-at-law Jennifer Messado remains on bail following her appearance in the Kingston and St. Andrew Parish Court for Larceny charges, earlier today.
Messado was again charged by detectives from MOCA on Thursday August 31 2018 for breaching the Larceny Act. It is alleged that between February 2018 and April 2018, she conducted a Carriage of Sale for a property located in Kingston 8 for the sum of Twenty-Two Million Dollars ($22,000,000.00); however she failed to turn over the money to the vendor. Subsequently a report was made to MOCA by the vendor, and following an interview session Fraudulent Conversion charges were laid against Messado.
Jennifer Messado is also before the court on several other charges related charges. She will return to court in matter on Tuesday September 11, 2018.
